Our payment gateway provider is called Tilopay. After selecting the desired products, you can make the payment by debit or credit card, bank transfer or SINPE Móvil. Paypal is also an authorized payment gateway provider. Any other payment provider is not authorized to process any payment or amount.
The delivery of the packages is coordinated through Correos de Costa Rica. The shipping price varies depending on the weight of the package.
You can pick up your purchase in person at the Moravia Urbano Condominium. The package will only be delivered to the owners of the packages who present their ID and proof of email.
The package will only be sent to you if you have confirmed and paid for the order, otherwise the package will be retained until payment is made.
You must be very sure of your purchase since package cancellations cannot be made once the payment has been made.
The delivery time of the package through Correos de Costa Rica is from 3 to 5 business days after it is sent. If there were any delays, it would be attributed to an unforeseen event on the part of Correos de Costa Rica.
In the case of payments by bank transfer, you have a maximum time of 4 hours to keep your package saved, after this time if it has not been automatically canceled the product returns to the online inventory.
